We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn/unwashed items for store exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving it and must meet the requirements below:

    • ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 7 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.
    • All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
    • Please email verlene@breezewardrobe.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will issue you a Return Authorization Number.  We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your exchange or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. 
    • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all returns.
    • Breeze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local shipping or delivery service with questions regarding shipment tracking.
    • We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
    • If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Breeze can no longer be responsible. Breeze will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days depending on availability, and generally take 5 - 30 business days to arrive.
